You can also bring your faulty equipment directly to our workshop here in Leeds. Whether it’s a faulty LCD or LED screen, a cabling/connection point issue or a worn-out part, we’ll get it sorted for you – at an excellent level of quality and at a significantly lower price than the cost of replacement.

Workshop and onsite TV and appliance repairs: what you need to know.
Customers bringing their faulty equipment directly to the workshop will need to pay a standard charge for their goods to be inspected (payable when dropping their equipment off). From this inspection, a full cost estimate will be given for the repair. The initial inspection charge will be deducted from the final bill if the repair is completed.
You can also book field calls for a field engineer to visit your home. If possible, repairs will be carried out in your home. Field calls will incur a standard call-out charge.
If the repair cannot be resolved in the home, then the equipment will be taken into our workshop where an additional labour charge will be incurred. Once repaired, we will arrange a convenient delivery date for us to deliver and re-install the equipment.
Field and workshop repairs may also be subject to a parts charge should the appliance require any parts replacing. All repaired faults carry a 3-month guarantee.
