As well as being an approved repairer for several manufacturers, we are Retra insurance and Domestic and General insurance-approved service agents. We can estimate and provide written reports for accidental damage, water damage and lightning strikes for your house insurance (with the cost for reports and estimates usually claimable from your insurance company).

How much does a repair cost?Common question. It's difficult to advise a costing: this would be guesswork over the phone. We provide a estimation for all our repairs once we have fully inspected the unit. We do have a deposit charge in place to cover our engineer time and costs. If estimates are accepted, this fee comes off at the end once the repair is complete.
Do you offer warranty on repairs?Yes, all our repairs come with a 3-month warranty for the same repair.

As well as carrying out repairs to the public directly, we are also an authorised service centre for various manufacturers including Hitachi, JVC, Sharp, Sony, LG, Sanyo and Toshiba. We also carry out extended-warranty repairs for many leading insurance companies.
